There’s no better way to get in shape than with a good diet and exercising routine, according to a new report by the Men’s Health Bodyweight Alliance.

In fact, the organization is urging people to embrace their healthy eating habits and to keep the weight off, even if it means getting in shape for the sake of it.

“If you want to lose body fat, start by getting in the gym,” said Men’s Heart and Stroke Association president and CEO Dr. John M. Bierstadt.

“If you’re overweight, don’t go to the weight room.

Get out there and get active.

Start exercising.”

The alliance, which has more than 20,000 members across the country, offers the most comprehensive, actionable advice to get started on a healthy lifestyle and lose weight.

The group’s members include doctors, public health experts, business leaders, and fitness enthusiasts.

It’s part of the American Heart Association, which also provides health advice to people who are overweight and obese.

The health organizations also promote their programs on their websites and social media channels.

Men’s health and fitness advocates also get in touch with patients and offer them resources like books and DVDs.

Mental health professionals and nutritionists are among the group’s leading advocates, with programs like The Men’s Eating Challenge and The Weight Loss Guide being available for free download.

The new report, which is based on data from the American Community Survey, provides tips on how to achieve the right body weight, lose weight, and manage chronic disease.

It says that when it comes to men’s weight loss, the key is to stay focused.

“You need to eat right, exercise, and get in the weight loss program,” said MHA executive director Dr. Michael D. Schwartz.

“Once you have the weight down, then you can focus on other things.”
