I have been making a healthy life choices for the past few years.
I’ve always been conscious of how much I could be eating, how much time I could spend doing what I love, and how much space I could make for exercise.
The simple things, like getting up at the right time for a run, eating a healthy diet, and taking the time to get outside have been my main motivators.
But as my health has improved, so have the choices I’ve made.
