Men’s Health magazine is on a mission to tell men how to get healthier.
The magazine is launching a new book called The Men’s Life: The Quest to Understand Your Body and the Next Step in Health, Fitness, and Wellness.
The book is expected to sell well, with a first printing expected in the first half of 2017.
The first edition of The Men’ Health is already available for purchase on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
It will feature interviews with the top doctors in the field and include detailed information on how to start eating more healthy foods.
In addition, the book will include exclusive content, such as a guide to how to improve your sleep, a video on how the diet works, and a list of the best supplements to help you get healthier with men.
The goal of the book is to empower men to make healthy choices about their bodies and their lives.
“Our goal is to make men’s lives easier and more meaningful by giving them the knowledge they need to be healthy,” said John L. Smith, president of Men’s Hospitality Group, which owns The Men.
“Men are tired of seeing men’s issues and issues related to health and wellness as taboo topics.
With The Men, we want men to understand the science of what is happening in the body and what the best diet, exercise, and supplements are for them.”
The Men also have a number of other books and magazines, including The Health Book, The Man, The Life Book, and The Diet Guide.
